I worked as a Program Manager and Producer at King County Parks, the local parks department in Seattle. In this role, I led branding, graphic design, media event planning, social media strategy, website design, and the digital production of communication materials.
One project I’m especially proud of is my public affairs work on Trailhead Direct, a public transit service that connects underserved communities to outdoor recreation. The 2019 season launch generated over 13,600 website views, more than 4 million social media impressions, and 270 unique posts within just five days. It was also the first website I ever built—and it ultimately inspired me to pursue a long-term career in tech.
Our strategy focused on social media, video storytelling, and stakeholder amplification to engage the public and build awareness. I managed the production of five promotional videos and collaborated with a graphic designer on brochures and out-of-home media campaigns to promote access to public green spaces.

As the Lead UX Program Manager for the Front of Site team at GoDaddy, I was responsible for keeping product, SEO, legal, UX researchers, art directors, designers, copywriters, product managers, and engineersand design aligned while ensuring smooth collaboration across teams. For key strategic initiatives, I took on a project management role, handling timelines, creative briefs, and review processes to keep everything on track.
I oversaw the Front of Site Design Scrum process, managing design requests for a team of 30+ communications professionals. I also led the JIRA backlog, refining design specifications in collaboration with stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity. As part of the GoDaddy Commerce Launch, I played a key role in shaping a new design language and improving design operations. Additionally, I led efforts to build a design pattern library, standardizing front-end components and templates for consistency. Throughout my time at GoDaddy, I also managed dev handoff, QA, and the implementation of 30+ new pages, ensuring a smooth transition from design to development.

In my most recent role at Heetch, I led the vision, backlog, and priorities for the ride-hailing experience across both the driver and passenger apps—supporting over 1.5 million rides per month in diverse global markets. I oversaw a comprehensive app redesign, built on a new tech stack powered by Google’s On-Demand Rides and Deliveries APIs.
This was the most technical project I’ve led to date, focused on rebuilding the backend infrastructure to improve reliability and scalability. I managed the full documentation of the ride-hailing flow (from long-term vision to MVP), as well as QA, progressive rollout, and releases across Android and iOS.
Following the MVP release, we observed a 25% decrease in driver cancellation rates, validating our approach and the impact of integrating Google ODRD into our core platform.
